Experience

After graduating from Stanford Law School, Kim Bomar was a Fulbright Fellow at the National University of Singapore, studying the US enforcement of intellectual property rights in Asia.

Her formal legal training began after that in Los Angeles at Graham & James LLP, an international law firm focused on business in the Pacific Rim. At Graham & James, Kim represented clients in corporate, securities, intellectual property, real estate, and international legal matters.

After Graham & James, Kim joined Fenwick & West LLP as a corporate associate, representing high tech clients in general corporate and securities matters for four years.

After Fenwick & West, Kim transitioned in house, to serve as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal for Jamcracker, Inc.,  a pioneer in the cloud computing space. Kim was responsible for all aspects of Jamcracker’s legal matters, including creating customer and business partner agreements for the emerging business model, extensive employment law compliance and HR support, and guiding executive decision-makers with strategic business advice.

Kim began her legal practice after her fruitful tenure with Jamracker. Having her own legal office allows her to use her skills and experience to work closely with a small, select group of valued clients, while enjoying more flexibility for family.
